What does All Care Consultants (ACCI) do?
ACCI provides physician staffing and placement of all medical specialties on a full time, part time and temporary basis. We specialize in Chiropractic and DC/MD integration and can provide chiropractors and medical doctors anywhere from 4 hours to 40 hours per week.
Why should I hire All Care versus another service?
With over 10 years in the industry, we have the experience to provide you with quality candidates, customized pricing and specialized programs, such as permanent part time staffing (PPS). We offer many complimentary services as well as access to our extensive vendor network.
What are the services provided by All Care for the Chiropractic office?
All Care provides a multitude of services, such as long term and permanent part time staffing (PPS), full time permanent placement and working interviews, complimentary practice evaluation and vacation coverage. ACCI also offers a host of concierge services that you will not receive with other recruiters!!
What is the Permanent Part-time Staffing (PPS) Program?
Our PPS program allows your facility to staff the same doctor on a permanent part time basis. This allows you continuity of patient care and peace of mind. Additionally, it allows you to work with a potential associate for a period of time before committing to a full time position.
How do you find and screen your doctors?
We find our doctors from a variety of sources, such as online physician job boards and directly from schools. All doctors are thoroughly screened and credentialed and have a license in good standing. We also screen for personality, communication abilities and clinical competency by checking references on all prospective doctors.
Are your doctors licensed, experienced and insured?
Our doctors are all in good standing within the states they are licensed and all are fully insured. We have doctors with a wide variety of experience, from new grads to semi-retired doctors!
What techniques are your DC’s trained in?
We have chiropractors available who are proficient in just about all techniques. If we do not have a physician that meets your needs, we will do our best to locate one for you.
What are your fees?
We customize our pricing for our clients based on factors such as location and specific client need. We can customize full days or even half days for your facility!
Are there any extra charges?
In rare cases there may be costs such as hotel or travel that will have to be paid in addition to staffing fees. This will be discussed before we begin our doctor search for you if we do not have anyone available in your immediate area.
How does your agreement work?
We are a contingency based firm, meaning that you do not pay anything to All Care until we find you a doctor with whom you are completely satisfied! We also have a guarantee for those hiring a full time doctor, and will find a replacement free of charge if needed.
If I have an emergency and need immediate coverage, how much notice is needed?
We have an on-call service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! In an emergency situation, we can usually find a coverage doctor within a few hours, depending on the location.
Can I meet the substitute doctor first?
Based on availability of the physician, you may possibly meet the substitute doctor first. In all cases, you will be able to speak to that doctor by phone before committing to any office coverage.
Can you provide me with a full or part time MD for my office?
Yes. All Care can provide you with a medical doctor or osteopath anywhere from 4 to 40 hours per week. Our PPS program also applies to our medical doctors!
What medical specialties do you provide for the DC office?
We work with ALL medical specialties. Many of our chiropractic friends prefer to choose from our rehabilitation specialists, such as Orthopedics, Interventional Pain Management, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry), Neurologists, Anesthesiologists, and General physicians familiar with the chiropractic model.
Who pays the substitute doctors?
When staffing a doctor part time, All Care will pay the doctor as well as malpractice insurance if necessary.
Can you find me a permanent associate?
Definitely! Not only through our PPS program do facilities hire a permanent doctor, but through our vast network of candidates seeking permanent opportunities.
Are there other services or programs to help grow my practice?
Yes! Our medical concierge service has been a smashing success! We offer a full range of services specifically designed to maximize your success in today’s competitive market.

What are the benefits of doing office coverage work?
Some of the benefits are a guaranteed weekly paycheck, wide exposure to different types of practice settings, and the ability to make your own schedule!
Must I accept every offer that All Care offers me?
No, you are free to choose which assignments you would like to accept or decline.

Are there any fees to join?
No!
What do you pay and when do you pay?
Our pay rates vary based on geographic location, number of hours worked and other factors, such as specialized skills or certifications that a physician may have.
Do you withhold taxes?
No, you will be paid as an independent contractor (1099).
Can I get paid under my Corporation or Tax ID number?
Yes, in most cases that is not a problem.
How much work is available in my area?
The availability of work will vary by location, your travel capacity, and other variables. Please call us for information, as new opportunities come into our office daily.
Can I work part time while building my practice?
Certainly! Many of our staffing doctors work part time while building their private practice. This allows you the certainty of an income as well as job security.
Do you pay travel expenses?
We will pay reasonable and customary travel if required, however we prefer to find our doctors locally to avoid lengthy travel stays for our doctors with families.
What if I do coverage work for All Care and the DC wants me to join their practice on either a full or part time basis?
Wonderful! We are always happy to see a match between our doctors and facilities. We ask that you inform us immediately so that we can begin the process of transitioning you to full time status.
